Yes, Aptem Enrol is highly customisable, enabling you to tailor by programme and level of competence. You can change the order of events and customise steps and choose which steps to mandate.

Q. Can we brand the system by adding in our logos?

Yes, you can add in both yours and your employer’s logos. You can also add in your own videos and messaging.

Q. Can I change the language or terminology in Aptem Enrol?

Yes, you can change the terminology across the whole onboarding process. For example, if your organisation refers to a learner as a student, or a coach as a trainer.

Q. Can I integrate Aptem with a Student System?

Yes, we offer access to our open API as an add-on to Aptem Enrol, which you can build an integration against.

Q. Is Aptem Enrol accessible on a mobile phone?

Aptem Enrol is fully accessible on mobile phones, tablets, desktops and laptops.
