Building on the success of our first event, the 2026 conference will once again bring together our customers, partners, and Aptem teams for a day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. From practical ‘how-to’ sessions and hands-on workshops to discussions with our Support, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, there’ll be something for everyone.

Important information for attendees:

aSpire 2026 is just over two weeks away, and we want to make sure you get the most out of the event.

Download the app and choose your workshops

You can select three workshops in total across our product training, ‘shaping the future of Aptem’, and industry expert-led tracks. Log in to the event app to make your selections. Workshop capacity is limited and first come, first served, so log into the event app and make your selections soon, if you haven’t already.

Not downloaded the app yet? Search for ‘Swapcard – Smart Event App‘ in your app store and log in using your ticket registration email and one-time passcode. The app is where you’ll find the full agenda, book your workshops, and access everything you need for the day.

How to book your workshop sessions:
– From the home screen, click ‘Book your breakout sessions’. 
– Browse and select a workshop to view full details and speaker information.
– Click ‘Reserve my seat’ or ‘Add to schedule’ to secure your place. 
– Once booked, you can view your personalised agenda by clicking the calendar icon on top right hand corner of the agenda section.

Getting there

The aSpire 2026 conference will take place at The ICC Birmingham, Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2EA.

Public transport

There are many sustainable ways to get to Birmingham: from buses and trams to trains and park & ride sites. Check out the options, buy tickets and more on the Visit Birmingham & West Midlands website. Arrive by public transport

Arriving by car

You’ll find parking easily thanks to the thousands of spaces near to the ICC. The closest spaces are at their sister venue Utilita Arena Birmingham (King Edward’s Road, B1 2AA). Arrive by car

Finding your way around

On arrival

When you arrive at the venue, please follow the directions to Halls 9 and 10, you will find the Aptem registration desk. If you are arriving from the train station, you will find Halls 9 and 10 all the way at the back of the centre.

Conference space

Our event will be held in Halls 9 and 10 A and B on the ground floor. 

Refreshments and lunch will be served in the Foyer outside Halls 9 and 10.

Our team will be around on the day to guide you.

Accommodation

The ICC is centrally located and there is a good choice of hotels in the vicinity.

Need to view or edit your Conference ticket booking?

The booker will receive an order confirmation and digital tickets from TicketTailor. If you need us to resend the confirmation or make changes to your order, such as updating the attendee name, please contact us at hello@aptem.co.uk.

Q. Can I swap my booking with a colleague?

Yes, you can replace your booking details with that of a colleague. Please contact us at hello@aptem.co.uk.

Q. What is included in my ticket price?

Your ticket covers a light breakfast, tea and coffee, buffet lunch, and evening networking drinks, as well as an Aptem goody bag and access to a wealth of new ideas, knowledge, insights and connections!

Q. Are there technical support sessions this year?

Yes – there will be support sessions available with our Technical Support team. You will be able to drop-in during the networking breaks and lunch.
