Q: How can I view prices?

Q: I am an existing customer. How can I access these packages?
A: Please speak to your Customer Success Manager who can walk you through the new packages and prepare a customised quote. Alternatively you can reach us at hello@aptem.co.uk.
Q: Do you still get an end-to-end system on all packages?
A: With the exception of Aptem Enrol for Educational Institutions, which is an enrolment only option specifically for universities and colleges dealing with high volumes of students in condensed periods, all other packages offer the full end-to-end learner experience from initial onboarding through to EPA.
Q: How can I integrate more of my systems than the number of integrations allowed in my package?
A: You can integrate as many systems as you wish on any Aptem package. Once you’ve reached the quota on your package you just pay a fixed set up fee and monthly rolling cost for additional integrations.
Q: What’s the difference between Aptem Assess Gold and Aptem Assess Platinum?
A: Aptem Assess Platinum allows you to use the cognitive assessment tool within onboarding and your Learning delivery programmes, so you can trigger an assessment at any point in a learner’s journey. This version also gives you access to accompanying learner resources, should a need be identified, so that you can support the learner appropriately. Aptem Assess Gold only allows you to assess during onboarding and does not include access to learner resources (these can be purchased additionally).
Q: What’s the difference between MFA and MFA with MFV?
A: Aptem uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security on all packages, by requiring users to provide two different factors to verify their identity before they can access Aptem. Users are asked for a code on login. On some packages, Aptem offers multi-factor verification (MFV) for document signing – a means of validating electronic identities for digital signatures. This ensures the signature is linked to an identity and is assured.
Q: How do the Aptem Superuser support seats work?
A: You are allocated a number of support seats according to the Service level you select. A support seat is used to raise Support Tickets via email or the Aptem Help Centre. Only Aptem Superusers (people trained to use Aptem within your organisation – usually as part of the implementation process), can be allocated a support seat. If your Aptem Superusers leaves your organisation they should be replaced by someone who is also trained to use the Aptem system. Aptem can support with this training.
