Q. Can I add material that I want to share with all jobseekers?

Yes, Aptem has a “Resource Centre” that enables you to share content across the platform, such as health and safety documents or safeguarding information. Programme specific materials can also be shared with jobseekers.

Q. Can I set action plans for jobseekers to get a job?

Yes, as Aptem Employ combines both the case management and job seeker portal, the activity that the jobseeker completes is also recorded and reported upon. Tying up the journey between them and the work coach means more time to focus on the quality of delivery.

Q. Do you have off-the-shelf resources?

Yes, our Advice Centre contains a range of eLearning across both hard and soft skill areas, designed to get people back into work. eLearning includes interview skills, searching for jobs, mindset and resilience, and communication skills.

Q. Can I create a CV in the system?
Yes, there is a built-in CV builder, and accompanying eLearning in the Advice Centre. Our CV builder allows jobseekers to create multiple versions of a CV to tailor their applications easily.
 
Q. Can jobseekers personalise their job search?

Yes, there are a range of tools available with Aptem to filter and personalise a job search, to ensure that only the most relevant job ads appear for a jobseeker.
