Aptem Enhance virtual assistant beta trial

In July 2024, we launched a beta trial of the Aptem Enhance virtual assistant, partnering with BMS Progress, Hawk Training, and Pareto to support 1,790 learners. The virtual assistant provided instant responses to common queries, reducing tutor workload and improving learner engagement.

Nottingham Trent University

When Nottingham Trent University procured Aptem, it decided to run its implementation of Aptem alongside a project to integrate its student records system – Banner. Bradford College

Bradford College, a leading education and training provider with around 20,000 students, has partnered with Aptem for the past four years to streamline apprenticeship delivery by consolidating multiple systems. Since implementing Aptem in 2020, the college has aimed to efficiently manage its diverse range of programmes, including vocational qualifications, apprenticeships, A-levels, community courses, and degrees and master’s programmes.

Barnsley College

Grade 1 Ofsted-rated Barnsley College procured Aptem to provide a streamlined experience for learners, employers, and tutors by minimising the number of systems being used. Previously, learners navigated four disconnected systems, which increased administrative strain and the risk of errors. Employers also had to manage two separate systems. With Aptem, all stakeholders now operate within a single platform, enhancing efficiency and reducing complexity.
