“Aptem has impacted our delivery in a number of different ways. We’ve adopted a lot of the Enhance features, so we’ve got a lot of automation now, particularly with the MS Teams integration. So we’re finding reviews much easier to be able to record now, particularly with the review summarisation feature. That saves our coaches a lot of time. I think the last quarter alone, we had 1,500 reviews that were being summarised. And it isn’t just the speed of time that’s being saved, it’s also the fact that the coach can, while they’re in the meeting, concentrate on the meeting itself rather than think about writing notes and trying to think about what they have to remember. So I think that it’s a twofold impact, which has been really positive.”
