Webinar: Understanding the changes in the Apprenticeship Accountability Framework – with David Lockhart-Hawkins

In this webinar, funding and compliance expert David Lockhart-Hawkins presents an overview of the updated Apprenticeship Accountability Framework (AAF), which applies from the end of January 2026. He covers the key changes and what they mean in practice for providers, including how Ofsted EIF grading now links directly to AAF risk categorisation and intervention triggers, important updates to the Past Planned End Date (PPED) measure, and more.

The Aptem team also demonstrates how Aptem supports learner engagement and progress to help reduce the risk of learners going past their planned end date, including our progress monitoring and learning tool, checkpoint.

You can learn more about how Aptem has adapted the quality dashboard to align with AAF requirements here.
