We are thrilled to announce that Aptem has been named the Business Education Learning Product of the Year at the Digital Education Awards 2025, further cementing our reputation for award-winning apprenticeship management.
The judges described Aptem as ‘a leading, end-to-end platform that has transformed the management of apprenticeships, employability, and skills development’. They praised Aptem’s ability to simplify complex administrative processes while improving visibility, compliance, and learner progress tracking across institutions and training providers.
The judges also commended Aptem’s innovative use of AI for progress monitoring and productivity, noting that these tools deliver increased efficiency for providers as well as more tailored learner experiences.
From improved achievement rates to reduced attrition, the judges cited evidence of Aptem’s impact on learners. Benefits of the Aptem platform such as enhanced clarity of progression, robust support tracking, and timely intervention, were singled out as significant contributors to learner success and quality assurance.
In addition to the wide range of benefits for apprentices themselves, the panel highlighted Aptem’s proven return on investment and wide range of tools to support organisational compliance.
Lastly, Aptem’s strong institutional partnerships, high levels of customer satisfaction, and consistent operational efficiency were recognised. According to the judges, it is clear that the team behind Aptem has a deep understanding of the vocational and work-based learning ecosystem.
The judges summarised Aptem as ‘a robust, high-impact platform that combines domain expertise, innovation, and scale to deliver tangible improvements in apprenticeship and employability programmes. Its reliability, data-driven design, and proven results make it a clear leader in digital skills management and workforce development.’
