Aptem has been approved as a supplier on G-Cloud 15, the UK government’s procurement framework for cloud-based software and services.
G-Cloud is run by the Crown Commercial Service and lists pre-approved suppliers on the government’s Digital Marketplace. It allows public sector buyers, including colleges, local authorities and other public bodies, to purchase software without running a full tender each time.

Aptem is listed under Lot 2b, Software as a Service, with each of its four products available individually through the framework:
- Aptem Apprentice, the apprenticeship delivery platform
- Aptem Employ, the employability and jobseeker platform
- Aptem Skills, for ASF and Skills Bootcamp delivery
- Aptem Assess, the cognitive assessment tool, available standalone
The G-Cloud 15 application process is thorough by design. Each product listing required a full service definition, pricing document and terms and conditions, alongside a supplier declaration covering social value commitments and operational readiness, a technical ability certificate evidencing delivery on an existing contract, and a quality assessment covering user support, asset protection and data sanitisation. Suppliers awarded a place on the framework must also hold, or commit to obtaining, a valid Cyber Essentials certificate.
For buyers, that depth of scrutiny is the point: a G-Cloud 15 listing is a signal that a supplier’s product, pricing, security and delivery track record have already been checked against a common government standard, so procurement teams don’t need to run that assessment themselves.
For providers already using or considering Aptem, this means every part of the platform remains straightforward to procure through a route that many public sector organisations already use and trust.
