Q&A
Is the enhanced review solely for use on reviews that are carried out on teams? Or does this work the same for a face-to-face review?
The summarisation tool needs a transcript or dictation or at least notes to be able to summarise something. The intention is to summarise a transcript so summarising handwritten notes may not work quite as well.
How would we add it to current review builds?
This would be added as a review section so in the reviews token as you would add any other review section.
Will these automated emails for signatures be rolled out to reviews?
Yes, it will be for both.
Is there anything on the roadmap for these to be pulled from the Enhanced Reviews summary to avoid duplication?
Yes, we are currently exploring this! We’ll update you when we know more.
Is there anything on the roadmap to clone/deploy feedback banks across different exercises, for example SPAG feedback?
This isn’t on the roadmap, but it is something we could possibly explore in the future if this is an enhancement that would bring value to our customers.
Will the app allow learning as well as updating OTJ or signing reviews?
We will be starting with activity logging and will engage with customers to discover how else the app could develop in the future. We have not ruled out anything at this early stage.
