We have updated our interactive Aptem Area Analysis Tool to include 2018/2019 ESFA apprenticeship data. So, providers can view trends, analysis and statistics of the UK apprenticeship industry 2017 – 2019. This is the first time this recently published data is available in a usable fashion to help providers plan their apprenticeship offering.

A broad range of apprenticeship delivery information is available through the Aptem Intelligence Dashboard. You can filter the information, as well as scroll through different data views. The data includes information to help providers:

  • Identify the number and types of apprenticeships delivered in each local authority district. Simply click on the map of England to zoom into a specific location/s (view 4);
  • Identify in which areas across the country a training provider delivers learning and to how many learners (view 3);
  • Learn which apprenticeship programmes are delivered in your area. Simply click on the map of England to zoom into a specific location to see how many learners have started apprenticeships split by subject and level (view 5);

Words from Richard Alberg

Richard Alberg, Chief Executive of MWS, commented: “MWS is the first to present an analysis of 2017 – 2019 ESFA apprenticeship data in such a useful way. We’re helping providers make the right decisions for their apprenticeship offering, dependent on regional market demand, trends and gaps. We are proud to be using data yet again to broaden our offering to providers – just last month, we launched visual reporting dashboards with embedded Power BI.”
