Aptem has been selected by national provider Babington as a delivery, compliance, funding and reporting platform for their funded training services. These include traineeships, study programmes and apprenticeships across all sectors. Babington will use the complete Aptem end-to-end Software as a Service platform organisation-wide, enabling significant operational improvements and delivery enhancements.
“With over 4,000 apprenticeships and many thousands more undertaking traineeships, study programmes and AEB, we were looking for a single technology solution that could support our entire offering. Over the years we have accumulated many different systems and Aptem will replace about 95% of them, streamlining our technology infrastructure significantly,” commented Babington’s CEO Carole Carson.
“Babington have been at the forefront of innovation and we believe that our partnership with MWS will help us continue on this path,” added Carole.
Richard Alberg, MWS’s CEO commented: “We are delighted that Babington have decided to place their trust in us. We believe that data driven efficiency is the key to success in the sector and it is a tremendous validation of this approach and our team when an organisation like Babington selects us. We look forward to partnering with Babington on our journey to improve efficiency through technology.”
Babington was recently awarded the top training provider title for the East Midlands, a top three training provider overall and one of the best 100 companies to work for at the Times Best Companies Awards. Aptem is a fully managed Software as a Service platform provided by MWS Technology that operates through the browser, with no software, servers or maintenance required from customers.
