  • Configuration – for every programme, you can set your delivery rules and delivery model within Aptem Employ, to ensure consistent, high quality, scaled provision.
  • Eligibility – onboarding questions and review processes help you ensure that only people eligible for a programme are enrolled onto it.
  • Onboarding – ability to customise your onboarding processes, including use of electronic forms and signatures to facilitate fast and accurate jobseeker onboarding. This can include electronic interfaces to third party systems.
  • Case management – comprehensive case management, including in-house and supply chain, with audit trail and full reporting.
  • Skills Radar – the ability to assess each jobseeker against programme and/or personal goals and show their progress.
  • Messaging & video – integrated messaging between advisor and jobseeker with the option of Zoom video calls with retained recordings. This enables a high-quality, remote support model.
  • Activity tracking – advisor and jobseeker activities are tracked and reported on, helping ensure compliance, and enabling data-driven service improvement.
  • Employer CRM & vacancy management – full CRM to power employer engagement, alongside vacancy management and recruitment processing.
  • Power BI dashboards – standard Power BI dashboards that reveal the real-time information that matters, to make informed decisions. Ability to create your own dashboards that report against the breadth of data captured by Aptem Employ.
  • Financial management – financial data underpinning contract performance is captured and reported on, including full ILR (skills) functionality.

  • Aggregated & matched vacancies – a powerful jobs engine aggregates, deduplicates and matches just about every advertised vacancy in the country, daily. This includes the opportunities sourced by the provider, matched to the needs of each jobseeker.
  • Assessments – transferable skills and career interests assessments, all linked to vacancy search. Numerous other insightful and engaging assessments embedded within the employability eLearning.
  • CV builder – an easy to use, step-by-step CV builder, that produces high-quality functional and chronological CVs.
  • Job search eLearning – an array of high-quality, up-to-date, award-winning eLearning, on all aspects of job search.
  • Activity tracking – jobseeker actions are tracked, enabling individuals to see what they have done. The system makes useful suggestions for improvements.
  • Helpful nudges – our proprietary Nudge Engine® makes timely suggestions and gives helpful reminders on things to do that can improve the chances of a successful employment outcome.
  • Skills training – a full SCORM learning management system and ePortfolio mean that Aptem Employ provides a unified platform for training and job search.
  • Tasks management – jobseekers can see tasks coming up that they, or their advisor, have set up, or that are embedded into the employment plan. They receive reminder notifications before the tasks are due.
  • Messaging & video – jobseekers can receive instant support from their advisor using Aptem’s integrated messaging. They can use integrated Zoom to receive high-quality, personal support, without the need to travel.
  • SMART action plans – a helpful wizard enables jobseekers to create one or more SMART action plans, and then track timely completion.
