Following on from what should be an effective recruitment process\, the content of this session will focus on how the University identifies the learners’ starting points across a range of occupational criteria linked to developing knowledge\, skills and behaviours that are essential to successfully complete their training. \nThis session will go further to highlight other areas of important development where the learner may require support to help them overcome any other barriers to fulfilling their full potential\, and how the evidence and impact of this work can be presented at a subsequent Ofsted inspection.

There are key funding body and Ofsted requirements and expectations that need to be met when receiving funding to deliver apprenticeship programmes. \nThis webinar will consider the relationship between the funding body and the inspectorate.  All aspects will be explored to help ensure the training experience is of the highest quality and can stand up to the rigours of external scrutiny.
